Reports

Viewing your reports

Two ways to see your group's numbers — your own activity, or the group as a whole — and what each shows for your group type.

Two kinds of reports

  • Individual report — a member's own contribution and loan history. Members see only their own report; officials can view any member's.
  • Group report — an overview of the group's total contributions and history. Members and officials see the same view.
Hybrid groups see both the Table Banking and Merry-Go-Round versions of each report, and can switch between them at any time.
Individual report

Viewing your Individual report

Who can see this: any Member, for themselves only. Officials can see any member's individual report.

  1. Navigate to Reports in the bottom tabs.
  2. The header defaults to Group Report — toggle to Individual Report to see your own. Officials can tap the name section at the top to choose whose report to view.
Table Banking & Hybrid
  • Your participation
  • Contributions
  • Fine records
  • Loan records
  • Dividend and expected payout
  • Week-by-week or month-by-month breakdown
Merry-Go-Round & Hybrid
  • Your rotation status this cycle — paid or pending
  • Your participation, so you can confirm your records are up to date
  • Total contributions and payouts
  • Day-by-day, week-by-week, or month-by-month breakdown
Group report

Viewing the Group report

Who can see this: all members.

  1. Navigate to Reports in the bottom tabs.
  2. The header defaults to Group Report — no need to change anything if that's what you want to view.
Table Banking & Hybrid
  • Activity overview — how many weeks or months the group has been active this cycle, active members, and total records
  • Group growth percentage and total interest earned
  • Fund collections — total cash collected within the cycle
  • Fine and loan analytics
  • Top 3 members ranked by shares
  • Weekly or monthly breakdown showing group totals per period
Merry-Go-Round & Hybrid
  • Activity overview — active days, weeks, or months, and active members
  • Rotation progress — how many members have been paid, and what percentage of the group that is
  • Pot summary — total cash collected and paid out this cycle
  • Members awaiting their turn, and payout history for members already paid — so the Secretary never loses track of who's next
  • Daily, weekly, or monthly breakdown
Note: loan issued may always look larger than savings — that's normal. It accumulates even after loans are repaid, and always reflects the total since the cycle started.
Tips

Using reports to check your work

To quickly confirm your numbers are right after recording, open the Group Report and check the breakdown. For example, check the weekly breakdown's members column to verify everyone's been recorded, or the shares column for a given week to see that week's total. The same approach works for any contribution type, across all group types.
